Collect. Our stock is in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia — take the machine with you the same day after we confirm the model on WhatsApp.
Delivery. Courier across Malaysia at RM3 per kg (min RM7), free if you collect. Heavy machines travel by lorry; we confirm the arrangement and the cost before dispatching.
Ask before you buy. Send the load, the lift height and the power you have available and we will point you at the right machine in stock. Nothing here is a certification or a load test: what we give you is the rated capacity as the maker states it.
Questions we get asked
Where are you based, and can I collect in Ipoh?
Our stock is held in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. Message us on WhatsApp first so we can confirm the model, its weight and its measurements, then collect from our warehouse during Mon–Sat 8:30am–6:30pm. Collection carries no delivery fee.
How much is delivery?
Courier delivery is RM3 per kg with a RM7 minimum, and it is free if you collect. Heavy machines travel by lorry — we confirm the arrangement and the cost with you before dispatching.
Are the items really in stock?
Each product page shows our own stock count, and items marked Ready stock are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. If a model shows no stock, ask us — we will tell you the honest lead time instead of taking an order we cannot fill.
How do I pay?
Payment is by DuitNow QR. Nothing is charged on this website: you send the order, we confirm the total and the stock on WhatsApp, then you pay.
What about warranty?
The warranty period is stated on each product page and follows the manufacturer’s terms. Keep the original packaging and the invoice for any claim.
Which model suits my job?
